When the engineer arrives, they will identify the fault and give a clear, fixed quote before any work begins.
No repairs are carried out unless you give the go-ahead.
The Repair Service includes a full assessment and up to 20 minutes of labour.
Any parts needed or extra labour time will be priced in advance.
Guarantees: If a special-order part is needed, the quoted price covers the entire job, including the engineer’s return visit.
If you choose not to proceed with repairs at the time, the £28.95 diagnostic fee will be credited towards a future appointment.
